Baby Toddles

Baby Toddles Infant Care is an upmarket 5-star baby care centre situated in Meyersdal, close to the R59 highway, making it easily accessible for parents living in the southern part of Johannesburg such as Alberton.  With around 100 babies and toddlers to care for, an automated billing solution is an absolute must.

Baby Toddles uses Invoices Online to invoice their clients with recurring invoices, and to automatically collect outstanding money via Debit Orders.  They also have a web application through which meals can be ordered on a monthly basis for each child.  The parents can select meals from menu's for every day of the month.  A monthly automated invoice is generated based on the selected meal options, and the client is billed via Debit Order accordingly.
